GIVEAWAY
Morning Blog Peeps!
It’s time for an IWITW super fun GIVEAWAY!
I’m teaming with Musselman’s® to offer THREE prizes of their new Healthy Picks®, applesauce!
Healthy Picks® is a new product line of apple sauce designed specifically for people with active, healthy lifestyles. The new apple sauce is made without added sugar and is a good source of fiber, calcium, vitamin C and antioxidants.
I’ve personally sampled all three fabulous new flavors and can honestly state that I really love them all - Raspberry Acai, Blueberry Pomegranate and Key Lime Cupuacu.
Raspberry Acai – The acai berry grows atop trees in Brazil and is full of antioxidants, vitamin C, and vitamin E.

Blueberry Pomegranate - The powerful pomegranate is a superfruit brimming with antioxidants, potassium, niacin, and vitamin C.

Key Lime Cupuacu - The melon-like cupuacu is grown in Brazil and is an antioxidant rich superfruit packed with B vitamins and amino acids.

Best of all, from my perspective in terms of Ethical Eating, Musselman’s is a grower owned cooperative in which the growers take special pride in providing only the highest quality apples for their products. And they’re based in my home state of PA, which makes me even happier to promote their product.
IWITW and Musselman’s® are offering three prizes, meaning, we will have THREE winners in this GIVEAWAY.
Each winner will receive ONE of the new lines of Healthy Picks. Someone will win the Raspberry Acai, someone will win the Blueberry Pomegranate, and someone will win the Key Lime Cupuacu.
- Just leave a comment on this post.
- If you promote it on your blog, you win 2 extra entries in the contest.
IWITW will use a random number generator to select the winners. The GIVEAWAY ends this THURSDAY, 7/23, at 8pm EST.
Good Luck!
It’s a beautiful Dayyyyyy
Best day of 2009 so FAR! I don’t know about where y’all are, but it is completely gorgeous here in NJ today.
The hubz and I are bizzy with some errands and planning our vaca, so I’m keeping today’s posts short.
Lunch was had at the local Irish pub, joined by our friend Bill. He’s one of the most real people I know. Totally smart and talks about non bullshit stuff. It’s great.

Hi Bill!

I had a Smithwicks and a shrimp quesidilla (kwes- a-Dill-a for Napoleon Dynamite fans). I ate half b/c my tummy told me I was full (thanks intuitive eating). The jalapenos in there were hot which I loved.
Breks this morning was half a mango which wasn’t quite ripe (so sad) and a bowl full of Nature’s Path Flax Plus Maple Pecan Crunch, courtesy of a very kind Nature’s Path sample sent my way!

I tossed a little dried apricot in mine, just for fun. This cereal is so good my husband said he’d pick it over Honey Bunches of Oats, which is only one of his most favorite cereals. The flakes are totally whole grain with smidges of flax seed thrown in. There’s a nice chew to the mix, and a wholesome flavor that is very marketable, in my opinion. A total winner in my book. Additionally, it’s certified organic, and they tell you what that *actually* means, in the pic up above. They even talk about good ecology, and you know how important that is to this Ecologist! I am already thinking about my next bowl. Srsly, this is one of THE best cereals I’ve ever had. I feel to lucky to have stumbled upon this brand.
I think that Nature’s Path is going to be our go-to cereal brand for quite some time.
Thanks Nature’s Path!
Here’s your daily reminder about Tuesday’s Auction and Bake Sale. Stop by and bid on some excellent stuff.
Ok, y’all enjoy the SUN.
