I gotta jet. Off to Philly for some family QT and help with wedding tasks for sista.
Here was Din last night….whole wheat veggie pizza plus a beautious salad. And a hoppy ass IPA (Victory Brewing Co’s Krazy Kat)
For exercise last night I did 20mins of heavy hiking (Inclines 8.5, speed 4) and then a series of leg workout stuff.
